Clean Up Your Act! Join My January Clean Eating Challenge

I’m going to skip the clichés [insert some type of “New Year, New You!” phrase here] and get right to the point. The holidays are a time of lowered inhibitions, which means overeating, overdrinking, and just overdoing it in general. As much as you swear you’ll stay on track, it’s normal to get caught up in all the excitement and end the year feeling sluggish, bloated, and a few pounds heavier.

 

As the New Year approaches, you vow that you’ll start the year fresh. You’re going to eat healthy and you’re going to feel great! But where the heck do you start? That’s where I come in.

I’m offering a 30-day group clean eating challenge that will start January 12. I’ll give you a clear cut set of guidelines of what to eat and what to avoid and share tips that will optimize your success. More importantly, I’ll be serving as a source of support, which is VITAL when making a life change.

 

Here’s what you get:

 

  • Group Kick-off Meeting. During this meeting, we’ll discuss what the program entails: which foods are included, which foods aren’t, and WHY. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the program.

  • Recipes. I’ve put together a list of approved recipes that I’ve personally tried and loved.

  • Suggested Shopping Lists: I’ll provide a list of the program staples and where you can get them at the best prices (locally and online).

  • Unlimited Facebook Support. I’ll set up a private Facebook group that only challenge members will have access to. You can ask me questions and connect to other group members to give advice, share recipes, and offer support.

  • Tips for Success. I’ll share the things you can do to prepare for the program and give tips and suggestions for staying on track and avoiding temptation.

  • Group Progress Meeting. We will have a progress meeting halfway through the program. During this meeting, we’ll discuss how things are going with the program – what you like, what you don’t, and what you still have questions about.

  • Group Wrap-Up Meeting: At the end of the 30 days, we'll meet to discuss your experience and I will offer suggestions on how to incorporate what you've learned into a sustainable lifestyle.

 

Program Cost: $75*

 

Kick-off Meeting: Tuesday, January 13th at 6:30 PM

Official Start Date: Monday, January 19th

Progress Meeting: Tuesday, February 3rd at 6:30 PM

End Date: Tuesday, February 17th

Wrap Up Meeting: Thursday, February 19th at 6:30 PM

 

Meetings will take place at the Northboro Chiropractic Center -- 6 Maple Street in Northboro.

Attendance at the meetings is not mandatory, but it is encouraged.
